While the rest of the family was busy last week at NCW Kid’s Camp (and ministering at Parkway Wesleyan in VA), I was blessed to make a day trip with Grandma & Grandpa E. to Stone Mountain State Park in Roaring Gap, NC.

It was a good day…and a much needed “outing” for them. Grandpa had been saying for about 3 weeks that he wanted to go to the mountains. How glad I am that it worked out for me to take them!

I treasure times like this because I’m becoming more & more aware that some day all I’ll have are the sweet memories.
